The information and stories gathered in the first two phases are translated into an art installation. Residents and community partners join artists in the creation of the work while building ownership of the initiative.
→ As the conceptualisation stage for the artwork is in progress, artists check in with residents to hear their feedback on the proposed art intervention ideas.
→ Community members work alongside artists to co-create four art installations in MacPherson. Whether it’s painting, sculpting, or photo taking, the residents are invited to take part so that they can make the pieces their own.
→ Artists bring their ideas to fruition through completing the construction of the artwork and incorporating the contributions from the community.
